Lumbering and a too permissive with the limited actors, but the sequel/prequel has a few moments of mouthbreathing excitement. How did Frankenstein come to be? Who really cares, but at least it provides a few clenched-fist jolts.

first one was a fun and cool mindless action. this is just trash. everything about this movie is bad. it was laughable early and often. it makes the first one look oscar worthy. the acting is 0, the dialogue is 0, the action is useless. simple things like audio dubbing being off and continuity errors all over the place. this movie sometimes felt like it was a student film. overall i laughed enough for this to be a somewhat enjoyable experience. hilariocity score of 3.5 (about 2 viewings)

Still keeping the fun action packed thrills as the first film but sadly not really adding anything new to the story except for a few new characters. I felt that Sean Bean did some solid acting and the action was still very well made and added some pretty thrilling sequences.

Not a bad prequel the races and the fights were ok but not as good as the first but for a straight to dvd film it was made pretty well and fits into the first film well.
