There's less physicality than the opening 20-minutes of Monday Night Raw, and what there is can only be described as mediocre. Go to Full Review

Hagrid S Aug 24, 2018 Strengths: Sometimes, movies become cult hits because they're so ridiculous that it becomes enjoyable. Part of this movie was nearing that level. The scene where Dolph Ziggler (Ray Thompson) makes an exchange with the villain at a WWE event is hilariously wild. He literally gets shoulder blocked by Rusev, who holds a gun on him. That's not Rusev acting as someone else. He's playing his WWE self and points a gun at a cop, only to get superkicked. It's so absurd that it works and is the highlight of the movie. Had the entire movie taken place at the WWE show, with Dolph trying to find the kid, while wrestlers are around, it would've worked better. Weaknesses: This is a generic action flick. The plot is bland and nothing new, the writing is mediocre at best, and the dialogue is cheesy in a bad way. Ziggler isn't a strong actor, Kane (Lieutenant Frank Cronin) isn't much better, and even the non-WWE actor, Katharine Isabelle (Lieutenant Julia Baker) doesn't do much to stand out. She's as wildly average as everyone else. I think the film needed to not take itself so seriously. If they went a less grounded route and kept it entertaining, it would've worked better. Instead, they played it safe and just did something generic. Also, Josh Blacker (Detective Al Kendricks) is so over the top as an ass that you can't buy anything he's doing. Nobody acts like that. Leia R Aug 4, 2017 Dolph Ziggler kicks butt in this movie!
Poe S Apr 24, 2017 its was an okay movie. but nothing over the top exciting. just another rogue cop chasing Russian mob type movie. but it kept my interest. fun to see Dolph & Kane on the big screen though. See more
Finn S Jan 14, 2017 Countdown a WWE created movie starring Dolph Ziggler and Kane. The movie was a poor written based action movie that I feel did not really give much to boost Dolph Ziggler's momentum nor did it continue to help Kane. We are told a story about a cop that is again a little off centre and then has to be accepted and trusted by his peers. The story was soo poor that they even made it part of the WWE show backstage and with other WWE Wrestlers. Just overall poor. I do not recommend it and wish they would give both Dolph & Kane something better to perform in. Not suitable for the kids and a waste of time and money to all that were involved. See more
