I had so much fun watching this movie. Its been a long time since I've seen a movie that even made me laugh the next day just thinking about it. Im dissapointed how much the audience didnt like it because IM VERY MUCH HOPING FOR A PART 2!

I created a Rotten Tomatoes account when I saw this had such low approval ratings. That's just an injustice. This movie started out strong and stayed consistently weird, gross, and hilarious. Then I found out Doug, my favorite character, wrote the film?! AWESOME. Most b-horrors aren't fun to watch alone, but I would definitely watch this in solitude. Elijah Wood?? He doesn't do bad movies. Plus DWIGHT SHRUTE! I love blood and gore and an effed sense of humor when it comes to slaughtering children, this movie hit the nail right on the head. I shed tears from laughing. Full belly laughs. And if you want to take it deeper, commentary on genetically modified organisms? It doesn't need an underlying theme, this is just a fun watch. I'd love to add it to my collection [get on it, Criterion!] We're all so damn tired of zombie movies, this is a much needed change for group survival epidemic flicks. LOVE IT.
