…seeing Christopher Walken deep probed by aliens has a real curiosity value for gawkers and thrill-seekers, but Communion’s intermittent sense of quasi-religious conviction is unusual to say the least… Go to Full Review

Communion does an excellent job recreating what ufologists call high strangeness: the hard-to-swallow aspects of an already hard-to-swallow phenomenon. Go to Full Review

Communion isn't a good by any known human standards, however, if we go with my high strangeness theory, that is, that the movie is intentionally weird to invoke the feelings of an abductee in the viewer, then it's a smashing success. Go to Full Review

Luke S Mar 24, 2019 A pretty weird, perplexing and sometimes, stupid film about aliens, possession, and other strange things that go bonk. Best if you just let everything slide and just watch Christopher Walken absolutely chew the scenery in all the scenes he's in. One wonders if detected the stink factor early and just let er rip just for the fun of it. See more
Theodore L Feb 7, 2019 The story was confusing and unfortunately, the quality of acting did not help either. Overall it's a classic that I would recommend watching but I can't blame anyone who makes fun of it See more
Oct 21, 2018 Good thought provoking film
Rey P Oct 1, 2018 Extremely slow and uneventful for the most part.
Hagrid M May 31, 2018 A lot of people HAAAATE this movie, and I don't see what the big deal is. It's pretty much like an episode of The Twilight Zone. The alien stuff is goofy and stupid, but there's some genuinely creepy and unnerving stuff in this movie. And Christopher Walken is well... Christopher Walken. You pretty much know what you're going to get in terms of acting when you have Christopher Walken playing the lead role. But I thought he was fine. I thought this movie was fine. Nothing I'm probably going to ever come back to, but I was entertained. See more
Ron L Oct 11, 2017 The acting and story is good enough to keep my attention, the only thing that I think could of been better is the special effects. See more
