John DeFore The Hollywood Reporter Oct 8, 2015
The movie keeps suspense alive, as we try to guess how this all will play out -- building to a final tableau that, silently, says nearly as much about human nature as does all the talk leading up to it. Go to Full Review

If you're aching for some more kill-or-be-killed drama in the vein of Squid Game with a surreal sci-fi bent à la 1997's Cube or Hiroya Oku's Gantz, then Cube is certainly worth a watch. Go to Full Review

Plays out like a tediously long episode of Twilight Zone. Go to Full Review
Jorge Loser Espinof Aug 20, 2019
Superficial and easy, it simplifies complex social dilemmas at the elementary level and its study of human cruelty is as apathetic and inefficient as its entertainment value. [Full Review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

... spending 87 minutes in one room with the same people seemed like it might be a bit much, but I gotta give props to the filmmakers; it actually seemed just right. Go to Full Review

Apr 19, 2019 for showing the true colours of humans, thank you.
Apr 15, 2019 Though providing little background or explanation to the situation, Circle mind-provokingly brings the true depravity of the judgmental to light as humans are forced to turn on each other to bring a game of many down to one. It's difficult not to feel involved, as the frantic will to live is portrayed at its sickening worst. When the choice to live or die is decided by the rat crowd, one must be careful exactly what they say. See more
Finn P Mar 30, 2019 Well-made film about moral judgments. In a group of 50 diverse people, who deserves to live? Blacks against whites, old against young, straight against gay, all prejudices are on the table in this circle. See more
Harry L Mar 22, 2019 Great film that got under my skin.
Harry P Mar 19, 2019 Keeps you on the edge of your seat and allows to form your theories and/or interpretations. It is simple and refreshing to have a movie where you are not familiar with nearly any of the actors and each piece of dialogue feels important to the plot. See more
Han S Mar 18, 2019 Very Interesting premise, but over all lackluster and bogged down by politics and poor charters.
