Watching this as a kid I loved it. Watching it as an adult I still love it but more as a nostalgia sort of thing. The graphics are nothing to write home about and the acting is just okay. Though some parts are pretty funny I have to give it that.

Don't judge me. Nostalgia wins. Bad special effects, super cheesy, hey it was the 90s, but the movie hits a warm and fuzzy spot. I needed a light-hearted movie. My mood was really low. This movie has some dark undertones, but it is a kids movie and it made me happy for an hour & half.

I remember seeing Casper meets Wendy back when I was very young and it was such a weird movie. There was some parts in it that were a bit funny but most of it just gets boring. I was not too impressed by the way how the ghosts looked. They looked so CGI. And the film looked too kiddish. Hilary duff was still perfect as the little girl.
