Jan 27, 2019 The best gangster movie ever made!
Luke S Jan 12, 2019 Worst De Niro movie of our time. Just don't. #keepitmoving
Hagrid R Dec 4, 2018 Good performances, a good story, and good direction overcome the occasional lapses into sentimentality. Nice job.
Theodore S Nov 22, 2018 The movie is enjoyable and does not have any blatant flaws. However I feel like it plays everything too safe and cliche to make a lasting impression. Some plot elements seem shoe horned in like the main character's romance and what happens to his friends at the end of the movie. See more
Harry W Nov 11, 2018 Not to be outdone by Scorsese, Robert De Niro makes his directing debut and boy it is a good one. A father and son relationship that evolves, the gang mentality that is introduced and the captivating lure of the streets keeps the viewer always satisfied. See more
Sep 14, 2018 The whole storyline is very predictable to say the least, and all the upcoming plot unfolds in your mind quite a way before it happens. Having said that there are some strong performances that are memorable, and the location/setting is great too! Well worth a watch but don't expect any surprises at all along the way See more
