Anakin G Apr 4, 2019 I am always intrigued by whatever new movie Palmer has starred in. Her performance as an actor was nothing short of brilliant! But the film itself... well, it didn't have the same wow factor. The plot, I think, got stuck in the mud quite early on. Especially in the middle of the (almost 2 hr ) movie, it seemed as if we were waiting on a train for hours and it never came. The ending didn't evoke any emotion from me like it should have. A victim escapes their captor and I have no emotion towards this outcome because of how poorly executed the film was. I feel as though it could have ended halfway through. There was a lot of unnecessary mumbo jumbo that was pointless. See more

Leia R Jan 21, 2019 A couple of plot absurdities but otherwise a very good foray into tension and surprise. Admirable acting here: Palmer moves between hysteria and calculating beautifully and Reimelt manages to portray his character as absolutely normal while being absolutely psycho. See more

Draco M Nov 17, 2018 The more this eerie thriller went on, the more engaged I, surprisingly got.

Hermione S Nov 4, 2018 Something is rotten in the state of Australia: "Picnic at Hanging Rock", the "Mad Max" franchise, the "Wolf Creek" franchise, an unresolved, and by now exhausting, conflict between the nature of man and nature itself. (Mauro Lanari) See more

Draco P Nov 4, 2018 "Berlin Syndrome" não é perfeito. Tem um início forte, um desenvolvimento arrastado e um final que não agradou completamente. See more

Theodore G Oct 28, 2018 Not bad but not good either. Berlin Syndrome is well-written and well-acted but painstakingly slow. The story drags on and gets too tedious by the end. See more
