Band Aid [hits] so many right notes any false ones it might inadvertently strike are lost in a symphony of reflective magnificence I could listen to for days on end with no hesitation whatsoever. Go to Full Review

Full of sarcastic humor, earnest emotion and a phenomenal performance from writer/director/producer/star Zoe Lister-Jones, it hinges on the central relationship. But even with deep-rooted problems, this is a couple worth rooting for. Go to Full Review

Draco R Apr 26, 2019 Great acting, very good range of comedy and navigating life . Story is unique and creative. Very talented cast.
Hagrid G Nov 18, 2018 A marriage, a miscarriage, and so much more. Anger, angst, conflict, all turned into the source for musical creation. A band becomes a vehicle of healing for a couple struggling with failed dreams and lost hope. But, in the midst of finding themselves, they find understanding and they find again each other. See more
Albus S Apr 6, 2018 Each time the offbeat music or the witty dialog begins to lift this comedy up, the characters get into on of many arguments that are more annoying than dramatic. See more
Theodore S Feb 11, 2018 This refreshing movie pulls the curtain on the new generation of young Americans. None of the fakesness of shows like "Friends" where people who are actually mean-spirited and cruel to each other, cover it with layers of fake sympathy and generosity. No, here we see the bare truth, a couple of assholes that treat other people disrespectfully but are so self-centered they think they're behavior is totally normative. Welcome to America 2018. 7/10 See more
Draco M Oct 8, 2017 This is a post-feminist tale that turns gender equality inside out, insisting that males and females are so different as to be nearly different "species." I am not sure this is a helpful or accurate view of the "battle of the sexes," but getting there is certainly fun, with many funny, funny moments, lots of laughs along the way. The movie starts out comedy but turns serious with the issues of hormonal differences that the couple have to work out. Zoe Lister-Jones (also writer/director) and Adam Pally, the couple, are very funny, with great chemistry. My one question: she is an Uber driver and he is chronically unemployed. How do they afford that $400,000 home in LA? See more
