A shadowy organization intent on world domination and under the direction of a sinister leader (Martin Landau) steals a cache of nuclear weapons from America's arsenal. The U.S. government recruits a former secret agent, computer programmer Michael Barnes (Michael Durrell), to help them recover the weapons. But Barnes goes through the looking glass as he slowly discovers hints of a vast conspiracy involving satellite surveillance, television sets and population control.

Theodore R Aug 8, 2018 I started watching the movie about 20 minutes in and looked up a plot summary to get caught up. Even still, I was confused AF the whole time. Makes me think of 2001: A Space Odyssey (and not the good parts) with all the wasted time in this movie. See more
