Above all it's just plain fun, and the songs are catchy, too. Go to Full Review

Bibo Bergeron's charmingly animated but fiendishly plotted feature is up for an Oscar and just about deserves the compliment for originality, if not for its storyline. Go to Full Review

The film has something of Hugo's Hunchback of Notre Dame, and indeed King Kong, but has an eccentric style of its own: a decent children's film. Go to Full Review

There are moments where the action drags, but ultimately, A Monster in Paris is worth seeing for the beautiful animation and songs alone. Go to Full Review

This is almost more for adults than children, who may not appreciate the richly coloured animation, the lovely period-style music or the gentle storyline that relies on warm humour rather than out-and-out laughs. Go to Full Review

It's quaint, a little rustic but magical in its own way. Go to Full Review

Mar 25, 2019 Fun and quirky movie for kids and adults alike, featuring a gorgeous visual style and a memorable soundtrack.
Han R Mar 18, 2019 Funny, charming and with good characters, this movie is one of the most cool animated movies I have ever seen
George R Aug 26, 2017 Hugely irritating and incoherent cartoon, where nothing makes sense and charmless mugging passes for character. Gave up after 45 minutes. See more
Ron S May 2, 2017 The side characters seems slapped together and paled in comparison to the flea and singer. The music and charm of the nonvocal character more than made up for the forgettable main plot. See more
Hagrid R Apr 28, 2017 This movie follows the adventures of the leprechaun from Lucky charms and his wacky misadventures running a cinema with his sexually ambiguous coworker and his good friend Raul or some other dumbass French name as they murder a robber with a car and they get a taste of the dangerous life as they try to kill again they accidentally create a monster in their friends meth lab which turns day into night, very scary stuff.. the animation is way above it's time it's honestly seemless you can barely tell it's animated at all. The monster itself isn't all that scary in and of itself but the horrors he does to people is the stuff of nightmares he makes everyone's faces deformed with abnormally large noses and chins and gives everyone snobby attitudes making them think they're better than everyone, although that could just be the French people. So everyone is scared of the monster until they find out it can play instruments and he ends up falling in love with the girl which just furthers the stereotype that French women will marry monsters that can play music aka French people. But all is well that ends well the girl ends up fucking the monster or at least it's what the filmmakers intended and the Lucky charms leprechaun find his one in true love in prison where he belongs for creating a beast that caused millions of dollars in damage to the city and interfering with a police investigation. La scene La scene Monster 2020 4 more years #assmat OUT See more
Hermione R Apr 14, 2017 Great movie, and great music. I just wish they had a few more songs
