The honesty driving this picture is undeniable and is evident in every frame, Adam a compelling protagonist and for my part I couldn't take my eyes off of him. Go to Full Review

With an optimism that isn’t shrouded by a layer of saccharine artificiality, Levine’s film takes us through Adam’s stages of grief and delivers a light, affecting, modest, and enjoyable experience that deserves to be seen. Go to Full Review

50/50 is a gentle touch comedy. It's not wacky or zany, and while it is heartwarming, it's not syrupy. Go to Full Review

Luke W Mar 25, 2019 This 2011 film directed by Jonathan Levine presents the harsh realities of terminal illness in a coherent, eloquent, and lighthearted way; without taking away from the seriousness of the topic. Joseph Gordon-Levitt delivers an evolving, dynamic, and strangely relatable performance that leaves audiences thinking ï¿ 1/2 1/2~What if this happened to me?ï¿ 1/2 1/2(TM) After watching the film and subsequently reflecting on their own life, the viewer is truly left thinking, ï¿ 1/2 1/2~Now what?ï¿ 1/2 1/2(TM) See more
Theodore S Nov 8, 2018 A champion of feel-good comedies that's brilliantly written and fantastically performed providing comic relief at all the right moments and slamming the humor home with Seth Rogen's comedic presence. The film serves as a reminder to always look on the bright side of life. See more
Harry P Nov 7, 2018 This film was great.
Ron W Oct 26, 2018 It's always a risk to stage the drama of a life-threatening illness and try to spice it with humor, but careful direction and an excellent cast actually help manage to pull it off. See more
Han G Sep 27, 2018 Awkward movie to watch. Great chemistry between the two leads. Really could have toned down on the vulgarity in particular Rogan. Everything was about getting laid. Anna Kendrick played a doctor but never acted like one. Two older cancer patients were caricature and one dying was predictable. Wasted Bryce who was the reason I watched the movie. Still , not to bad, but nothing to stay in memory for long See more
Abraham S Sep 24, 2018 Well acted and funny but it's vulgarity feels unnecessary.
