Critics Consensus

3 Ninjas might be exciting enough for younger action enthusiasts, but they deserve better -- and there's no shortage of superior options to choose from.

A lively, good-looking kiddie action comedy best left to those under 10.

Brazenly exploitative stuff, stirring in anything which has done the business in kids' movies previously, this, of course, should have its target audience laughing like drains.

The dated '90s phrases and bad stunts stick out like a sore ninja kick to the head. But is it still a foundational part of '90s kid entertainment history? Absolutely.

For the most part it works well as a movie that is funny, fun, and fairly painless.

3 Ninjas isn't a movie, it's a concept for a preview.

A bad ass 90s Action flick, this is just as good as the karate kid. It's short, fast paced, action packed, hilarious & you actually learn a lot from the film when it comes to concentrating in Martial Arts, where to hit & how to hit. Great film, this was my childhood.
