What to Know

Critics Consensus

With its plot about child kidnapping and endangerment, Trapped is an exploitative thriller, more queasy than suspenseful.

The manner in which this film flies completely off the rails is undoubtedly amusing, but its also disappointing, considering the fair competence of all that came before. Go to Full Review

Han L Aug 3, 2018 Trapped is the same old cliche: It offers a good plot, but doesn't do much to make what it has to offer.
Albus R Oct 21, 2017 Um I think Kevin Bacon should have been co-star over Courtney Love, whoever that is. Anywho, cool movie.
Han S Oct 18, 2017 Rapey and gross child kidnapping exploitation film with a cast that should have known better. Hard to watch in its repellent depiction of vile crap. Hard to care about any character, including the victims. Silly plot that never stops getting more ridiculous. Hard to finish. When you see this on cable and are tempted by the cast, do yourself a favor and keep flipping the channels. *.5/*****. 18/48 See more
George W Jun 10, 2017 'Trapped' is a poor title for a movie where no one is truly trapped. Based on the book, '24 Hours'. Good cast with the exception of Stuart Townsend. Ending was a bit too over the top and ridiculous. Overall a par thriller. Rating: 6.5/10 See more
Albus P Apr 20, 2007 8/14/2017 (2): An ok movie with a very good cast. Not the type of film to watch multiple times though.
