There are worse movies about Nazi zombies, but there are many that are much, much better. Go to Full Review

Somehow, despite a premise involving underwater Nazi zombies, this flick serves far more as a curious, schlocky artifact of its time than as the campy midnight-move romp that it should be. Go to Full Review

a fun, diverting bit of undead horror that can at the very least claim both originality and influence, as it is arguably the first horror film to include Nazi zombies Go to Full Review

George G Oct 6, 2018 It is not hard to see how this film has a cult following! It has a wonderful 70s feel, great film location, Superhuman Nazi Soldiers who have been waiting in a sunken wreck to return and wreak havoc, and their prayers have been answered as a stranded yachts passengers become their prey and an uninhabited Island. Great vintage horror. See more
Rey S Mar 2, 2018 this is a pretty good movie if you like zombies and you have an imagination. the trouble with it is that its not violent enough
Albus S Nov 21, 2017 If you are excited to see Peter Cushing in this film don't get too excited. If you like your zombies slow and dripping wet this is the movie for you though. This film used a partially sunken concrete ship which is a bit of a historical piece of trivia, having been taken over by rum runners before being run aground in the storm of the century. It found new life as the staging point for the Aquatic Mutant German Zombies in this film. We review this movie in our podcast Midmost Coast for its tenuous connection to the shipping industry in North Carolina. The production also has the bizarre distinction of being the first recipient of a MacArthur grant. Seriously. See more
Theodore R Mar 26, 2017 This was as film I'm pleased to finally cross off the list during the Halloween season, as it's one of those iconic coves that's been on my mind to track down forever. A group of travelers find themselves trapped on an island filled with Nazi zombies, and it's pretty much the low-budget fun you'd expect from that sort of set-up. Rental! See more
Draco G Feb 21, 2017 Fun little Grindhouse picture. Were these guys really the first to use Nazi Zombies...? Who knows. The sense of dread built up with the ghost ship near the beginning was well done. See more
