Harry G Mar 17, 2019 While definitely a B quality film, I do tend to like Jackie Chan in less comedic roles, so I liked the more serious tone. Though I admit to chuckling the first time he said 'give me the fucking keys" - cuz its so far from his typical movie character. But it was great watching him move and perform physically in this film without the mugging of his comedies. He was an amazing athlete and it shows. Too bad Hollywood didn't take full advantage of his abilities and talents back then - when he had SO much to offer. I've seen some of the Hong Kong action stunts that Jackie re-shot - would have made a huge improvement to the American version. I know its not a favorite for lots of people, including Chan, but ignoring the dated dialogue and limitations by the director, I still found it entertaining enough for an 80s cheap cop film. See more
Abraham W Jun 18, 2017 Fun actioner. Probably the hardest edged Chan ever got in action. Very bloody and hearing him curse as much as he does in this, just feels off. I liked the teaming of Chan and Aiello. See more
