What to Know

Critics Consensus

Based on a classic anime series, Blood: The Last Vampire is a tedious, shoddily acted, amateurish picture that loses all charm in the transition to live-action.

The fight choreography is satisfying (if not revolutionary), the few dashes of CGI have a rubbery aftertaste, and Edo-era fetishists (quaint villages with everything made of rope and bamboo!) get their fix in an extensive series of flashback battles. Go to Full Review

Kylo R Jan 23, 2019 Poor story, bad acting, lousy cg demon. But I couldn't stop watching the actress cutting rocks in half chopping down trees, cutting off heads, arms, legs and fingers. Wow was she strong or what See more
Hagrid S Aug 17, 2017 Cheesy yet stylish, with really dated PlayStation 3 CGI. A brainless but fun flick.
Abraham G Jun 7, 2017 There was this one bit where she cuts a guy in half from head to toe. That was cool.
