A great plot, direction and cast. This hidden gem showed me Neal in a new light and Garfield's usual sass was not as annoying as it has been in other films. Really this was compelling and I did not expect a lot of what happened.

Gut wrenching film noir, which occurs mostly in the bright sunlight for a change. Neal is at her most... va voom, with Thaxter as the worthy 'other woman' our flawed hero should stay with. Incredible script, acting, editing, and plot layers. A shame the camera work was so basic, but perhaps that adds to the viewers ability to follow what's really going on.
