This iteration of Street Fighter is essentially an $82 million remake of the 1994 movie, which was less self-aware... and that lack of self-awareness made it more fun to watch. The 2026 version gives us a wink and smile, diluting its campiness.

What starts as a simple documentary turns into Fielder immersing himself in Holmes and Evans’s life. It no longer becomes a documentary, but a Pokémon evolution of a Nathan Fielder project in cinematic form.

The Digger discourse has been quite a joy to sit through because everyone thinks they are right. The people who hate it, really hate it. The people who love it really love it. I prefer to start a new camp. The "I don’t need to watch it again" camp.

As much as I love seeing the culture, I hope that Hollywood will move past this thought that films about "authentic representation" are the only stories from "diverse" filmmakers worth greenlighting.

By Any Means is essentially Mississippi Burning for 2026. Abdul-Mateen and Wahlberg have a surprising amount of good chemistry — but I would rather have seen that chemistry in a Lethal Weapon or 48 Hours situation.

It’s also a Looney Tunes-tinged commentary about how the out-of-touch men with Foghorn Leghorn energy are ruining the world with their corporate greed and soulless capitalistic erections.

It Ends is an elevated B-movie, drenched in anxiety, depression, desperation, and sometimes unexpected humor...All I know is that I will never take another Cliff Bar for granted ever again.

[Passenger] is formulaic, the narrative building is half-baked and relies more on jump scares than actual story. It is a tolerable movie that will be great to watch on a plane.

It’s G-rated, polished, and filled with that signature, feel-good, hyper Mouse House tone and pacing. It’s corny — but sometimes we need a little bit of corn in our lives.

'The Wrong Girls' isn’t a runaway stoner comedy hit, but it is offering a much-needed and fresh voice in the stoner world — and who knew that Bella Swan and Maeby Fünke would be the duo to give it to us.

We haven’t had a solid existential superhero movie in a while, and with global crises, the downfall of humanity, and lettuce diarrhea taking over, now is the best time to have a movie like this.

Michael doesn’t know what it wants to be. Sometimes it’s a poppy, saccharine, flash-in-the-pan Michael Jackson biopic, and other times it tries its darndest to be a prestige film.
