Dev Shea 1428 Elm Sep 16, 2022 Hell Baby does an amazing job by keeping the humor from digging too deep into slapstick but never really takes itself seriously. Go to Full Review Hell Baby (2013) 33% 27%

Dev Shea 1428 Elm Sep 16, 2022 While this isn’t the best Stephen Chow movie I have seen (Kung Fu Hustle wins that award), this is definitely an enjoyable installment into his long line of movies and another great example of prime Hong Kong horror comedy. Dev Shea 1428 Elm Sep 16, 2022 There are more twists and turns in this movie than a mountain highway and it really keeps you interested. While some moments in the film drag a bit longer than they should, they more than make up for it in story and visual effects. Go to Full Review The Third Eye (2017) - - 38%

Dev Shea 1428 Elm Sep 16, 2022 While it doesn’t focus on the gory details, when they happen, they are realistic enough to make you turn your head. If you like stories that are supernatural-occult-paranormal-possession-zombies movies, then you are going to love Pengabdi Setan. Go to Full Review Satan's Slaves (2017) 91% 84%

Dev Shea 1428 Elm Sep 16, 2022 There were a lot of classic Asian horror and supernatural tricks and tropes in Pee Mak and it was just the right mix Go to Full Review Pee Mak Phrakanong (2013) - - 75%

Dev Shea 1428 Elm Sep 16, 2022 The video and audio quality is great, the acting is both uncomfortable and hilarious but in a great way and the story is interesting. Go to Full Review Long Lost (2018) 82% - -

Dev Shea 1428 Elm Sep 16, 2022 The dialogue is funny, the characters are over the top and I can honestly say I didn’t know Krampus had a penis and I’m impressed. Go to Full Review Slay Belles (2018) - - 67%

Dev Shea 1428 Elm Sep 16, 2022 While sometimes the effects can get a tiny bit hokey, it could have easily been remedied by showing less. That, however, did not take away from the film’s scariness. I had a lot of fun watching it and you will too. Go to Full Review May the Devil Take You (2018) 79% 59%

Dev Shea 1428 Elm Sep 15, 2022 There’s murder, suicide, adultery and supernatural occurrences. Unlike Vladimir Hellsubus, you won’t want to tie two pillows to your head to block out the noise. This film will have you laughing at its ridiculousness. Go to Full Review Elvira's Haunted Hills (2002) 71% 45%

Dev Shea 1428 Elm Sep 15, 2022 Overall, like most zombie films, if you take this production too seriously from the beginning, you won’t enjoy yourself. But if you take it for what it is, a raunchy teen comedy with zombies and copious gore, then you will have a lot of fun with it. Go to Full Review Eat, Brains, Love (2019) 100% - -

Dev Shea 1428 Elm Sep 15, 2022 There is nothing wrong with this film visually or atmospherically but the story left a lot to be desired. Go to Full Review Behind You (2020) 6% 24%

Dev Shea 1428 Elm Sep 15, 2022 I’m not sure I can recommend Prey enough. It’s visually beautiful, full of layered stories and environments and it has a completely badass female lead that is even tougher than maybe even Dutch, himself. Go to Full Review Prey (2022) 94% - -

Dev Shea Boom Howdy Sep 15, 2022 Aside from the issues, I did enjoy the Pyewacket. It had a nice found footage feel without actually being found footage. Would I watch it again? I’m not sure but I definitely recommend giving this movie at least a once over. Go to Full Review Pyewacket (2017) 83% 51%

Dev Shea Boom Howdy Sep 15, 2022 The lovely little psychopaths, the gore gags, the realistic and entertaining exchanges: they are all perfect. While the ending isn’t necessarily realistic, it’s tied in a pretty pink blood splattered bow and I was really happy with it. Go to Full Review Tragedy Girls (2017) 85% 63%

Dev Shea Nightmarish Conjurings Sep 15, 2022 The scenery was stunning and the support acting was wonderful. While the lackluster story and sleepy lead slowed things down, it still made for a moderately entertaining watch. Go to Full Review The Crucifixion (2017) 7% 56%

Dev Shea Nightmarish Conjurings Sep 15, 2022 Some of my favorite movies were made on a shoestring budget, but that is no excuse for the end product. There are literally two women named Rachael that play two separate women named Julie in the script…I just…I can’t even. Go to Full Review The Blood Harvest (2016) - - - -

Dev Shea Nightmarish Conjurings Sep 15, 2022 I wanted this movie to be good, even moderately good, but it wasn’t. The gore was repetitive, the story focused more on a sexual offender than the zombies and, aside from Schaech, the acting was mediocre at best. Dev Shea Nightmarish Conjurings Sep 15, 2022 It was a relatable coming of age story with a twist. It was heartbreaking and hopeful and I can’t praise it enough. Go to Full Review Blue My Mind (2017) 81% 69%

Dev Shea Nightmarish Conjurings Sep 15, 2022 Do yourself a favor and see this movie, then go and read and learn and be more understanding and compassionate with each other. We can watch this intense and charged movie and try and learn from our mistakes and be entertained while we do it. Go to Full Review Mohawk (2017) 86% 31%

Dev Shea Nightmarish Conjurings Sep 15, 2022 I have to take a hard pass on Corbin Nash. While I appreciate the concept, the whole thing missed the target by a long shot. Go to Full Review Corbin Nash (2018) 20% 54%
